hi and welcome to DnM, cod.
You can search for people using the search function near the top of the page. Enter your criteria in and then send private messages ( PM's) to the individuals you think you may get along with. You can also send instant messages ( IM's) if they are online.
plus you can upload and vote on pictures, videos, ask and answer poll questions, and participate in the forums just like you did by introducing yourself.
There is likely more to do than just what I mentioned above, but I'm old and memory isn't what it used to be.
