I just wanted to give a little more information about myself. I'm "semi" domestic: I bake (mostly desserts I share with family and friends), can, and dehydrate. My favourite movies include the original Star Wars, San Andreas, the original Die Hard, and Outbreak. My fav books include Delusion in Death (from the In Death romantic suspense series by J.D. Robb), The Great Influenza (about the 1918-1920 pandemic), and the Bible. I don't watch tv (really!) but I sometimes watch an episode of this or that on Netflix. I enjoy most kinds of music, except for hip hop, rap, bluegrass, jazz, and what is laughingly called rock nowadays. I'm looking forward to meeting new people and especially conversations.
