IT NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO JUST LISTEN. WE NEED TO DO IT IN A WAY THEY KNOW WE
HEARD THEM , AND WE ''GET IT'' AND ITS O.K. THAT WE FEEL OR THINK WHAT WE DO.
THE FIRST STEP TO REFLECT BACK WHAT YOU THINK YOU HEARD, AND ASK IF YOU
GOT IT CORRECT.....THEN ASK IF THERE IS MORE TO IT. VALIDATE THEM BY LETTING
THEM KNOW YOU CAN SEE THE SENSE THEY ARE MAKING .....LASTLY TELL THEM YOU
SEE WHY THEY FEEL THE WAY THEY DO. WHAT CREATES PROBLEMS IS THE WAY WE
RELATE TO EACH OTHER IE. RELATIONSHIP STYLE......1- MIRRORING BACK WHAT YOU
