Hello All,
Bruce here... Living in Anderson Springs California, just outside Middletown.
Yes, the location of the 85,000 acre "Valley Fire" in 2015 that destroyed 1300 homes.
Still recovering from that, been waiting 4 years for the powers that be to provide a stable residence (other than my 27ft 5th Wheel) where I can take care of the 5-S's (shit/shower/shave/sleep/sustain (eg fix meals)).
Looks like that MAY be going to happen in the next few months, I'm not holding my breath for placement of the Double-Wide Mobile Home (40'x25') by Christmas - but who knows ?!? I'll believe it when I see it...
In the mean time, I am looking for a Woman that is financially stable that would be willing to invest in a Live-Aboard Sailing Yacht, berth it on the California Coast (Noyo Harbor) through Christmas (if she hurries), and prepare that Sailboat for a Wedding Cruise to French Polynesia for a marriage in Mo'orea in March of 2020 - as soon as the weather permits, and then a Honeymoon sail from Island to Island enjoying ourselves, relaxing, de-stressing, SCUBA Diving, and just generally 'playing' in the warm water and White Sand Beaches until October of 2020.
At that point we will discuss and decide if we would rather return to California and build a NEW house on my property in Anderson Springs (mountains), OR continue traveling for a while, chasing Sunsets aboard our Yacht.
I am hoping for this dream/goal to become a reality, because once BACK to California - if we decide to build a new home where the old family home burned down, I'll need to return to the work force and likely will NOT have the opportunity for travel or even much extended time off for 5-10 years.
Of course if we decide to go where the wind takes us, then that is going to be about $30,000 USD per year for expenses, and we should be able to do THAT from the Yacht.
The Yacht, with all the outfitting, upgrades, and minor repairs, then supplying for the Mo'orea sail will be about $250,000 USD at most, and a few months of living aboard MAKING those repairs and upgrades, plus getting documents in order for both ends, and some shorter excursions a few miles out for Deep Sea Fishing (yummy, Fresh Fish!), and perhaps a few sails out to Santa Catalina Island (30 miles off the California Coast) for concerts or other events.
I live about a two hour drive North of San Francisco and Oakland California, so we might decide to sail down there for the weekend to the Symphony or Theatre,or some kick arse Jazz or Rock Concerts...
If you think YOU are that Lady I am searching for, PLEASE drop me a note here on this FINE system and we can discuss the particulars...
You will need to be able and willing to travel to California for a visit, and see where things go from there...
BASICALLY, the Right Woman for me is between 25 and 50, have no children at this time but be able to conceive and have our baby (or two). Be physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and sexually healthy. Be no taller than I am (5'8") when she is wearing her highest heels, and look NICE in a Bikini - after all we'll be Sunbathing on the deck of our Sailboat in the South Pacific... <wink>
There are a few other minor criteria, but I will state those if we get to that point.
Hope to hear back from you, SOON !!!
Be here by mid-December so we can be on the boat for Christmas ???
Bruce
