What would you do if a friend of yours stole your business and tells everyone that you walked away.

while I've never had a business in Joisey, I have in PA, DE, and MD. How in the world can a business be "stolen" to start with? these are legal entities that are signed and paid for by you. if you signed them over to someone else, then you gave it away (or sold it, whatever).
so first, what are the facts?
