I notice a situation that is repeating often.

Once a person feels negative to you due to a behavior

That even if you change the behavior it still irritates them

and soon all they have to do is look at you and you irritate them.

Example: There is a portion of people who hate trump and no matter what good the president does he will be an irritation for those people. It like to be right or left is a clear battle line and its sad that people aren't truthful or not giving others a chance to grow. its sad.

yep, that is true. The Dems sure think it is OK to offer and incite violence, and other means of criminal activity to ruin someone's life ( i could cite several examples), or to gain the socialist state they want us to be in. However they are completely unwilling to accept those circumstances if they are turned 180 degrees and point at them.

I was taught this, if you don't have the wisdom to change it then have the courage to accept it. I like life real SIMPLE.

My grandfather gave me this advice: When you move the machine of life among people, you can be either sand or oil, to me it is so important when to fight when does it really matter.

I agree fully witg you both. The rather unfounded, emotion-driven hate from left-wingers is difficult to understand. Maybe it is caused by the fear, that learned clichees might be wrong after all, and most of the younger generations have never learned to admit to havong been wrong. This is, of course, part of the indoctrination given to children during their education in schools and later colleges. It also is the cause for refusing to take responsibility for their actions, which is caused by permissive upbringing.

There also serms to be the tendency not to be critical of the pre-chewed information dished out every day on TV. I knew a young woman, who actually tried to live according to the story line of a popular sosp opera...

Probably the most important thing i learned in school was, that it is advisable to make up one's own mind after gathering various tidbits of information about a given sibject. If analysed in a scientific manner, the result will be verybclose to the trith.

Yes, this takes some extra cranial activity, but it is hardly rocket science.

Sadly many of the younger generations seem to be reluctant to switch on the brain. It is much more convenient to accept false but tempting promises about a utopia, that can never work in reality...
