I make a few custom parts for my Harley now and then. Nothing fancy, in fact very crude and rudimentary stuff. But it sure beats paying designers and machine shops to do the simple stuff I can do with the basic tools I have

I have a mill and I recently bought an old Craftsman lathe. My buddy wants me to make him some custom highway pegs for him

funny, that is what I made for myself using a chop saw, dremel, some sandpaper and polishing compounds
and a spacer for the right side so I didn't have to kick my knee around the carb anymore.
