| About me | am a native of Arizona, a widow, 64 year old, and 5’10” tall. I love: photography (I'm pretty good at landscapes and nature) singing (I'm alto) listening to music (the oldies, new age, country and light opera) learning from audio books traveling domestically/internationally learning from The History/Discovery Channels on TV I love going to the theater, movies and experimenting with dining out at different places and food. I retired in 2016 and found out a true passion that I never knew I had. You wake up and wonder what you're going to do with your time all of a sudden. I Googled volunteer organizations that I thought I might find interesting. I called a local organization and found out that there is a wonderful donation site that you can volunteer your time helping with resources that teachers badly need. The organization is called Treasures 4 Teachers. What have you found a passion for in your life? My next adventure is going to take me on a volunteer working vacation next February in Thailand and Cambodia. There will be an opportunity to work with the elephants in Thailand and to contribute to supporting the educational system in Cambodia. I wanted to make my 65th birthday special. My travels have taken me on an 8000 mile motorcycle trip (ask me about it), Japan, Jamaica, Mexico, Canada, England, Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Germany, Paris, China, India, Spain, Italy, Greece and next year Thailand and Cambodia. I'm still seeking a travel partner, could that be you. I appreciate connection, and desire to grow and build successful relationships with Love and Romance potential. I enjoy texting and talking on the phone, it is great foundational work for success.
