If you write to me, you always get a response. That is just good character and internet anonymity does not excuse good manners. A little about me: Friendly, outgoing with warm blue eyes and almost but not quite exactly unlike anyone you have ever met. Reformed aerospace engineer (yes, a real rocket scientist!), I traded that in for the slower pace of life here in Florida. I was born in California which gave me a calm demeanor, yet grew up in New York which made me tough. Raised by German parents which gave me a sense of order yet I can be silly and foolish. I am also absentminded and I do lose my keys and sunglasses a lot. I lived in the Southwest which made me appreciate the beauty of the desert and enjoy the outdoors but mostly I've traveled around the world experiencing an amazing array of people that taught me to accept and see the value in everyone. I would rather go through life hopeful, happy and hurt than cynical, safe and sad. I can find the silver lining in any cloud even if I have to search all day. Hey, you're still here! |
