I am definitely NOT your typical 80-year old woman, and I detest the word "old". That's not me. Even my doctor tells me that I am certainly not the usual woman in my chronological age group. I have a life motto that says "I refuse to grow old gracefully, I'm fighting it every inch of the way". And I am, both outside and inside. I strive to keep a happy and positive attitude toward everything and everybody. I do my best to cultivate friends and think I have an abundance of them, both within my church family and outside of it as well. I do not have a mean bone in my body towards anyone. It is the only way to be. |
