I have met a nice man online (giving LDR a try) and am on this site to stay in touch with my DnM family.
I love most music but especially classical music, art, cooking (major foodie), entertaining my friends, and gardening. Just getting into alternative rock. I like to read literature, science fiction, fantasy, science, and mysteries. Prefer films over TV, especially foreign films. I'm currently learning French again by watching French movies with my French friends. It's been a few years since high school French!
I'm an IT Project Coordinator for a large health insurance company. Sounds good, but it's actually a fancy title for Team Cheerleader and mom, Cat Herder and Janitor. I like to write, so PM'ing me will be productive. I live near San Francisco where the climate is perfectly temperate, but there are way too many people here. If I won the Lotto, I'd restore a Craftsman home in Oakland and throw a lot of parties. I'd become a writer but not a recluse. I'd travel a lot and visit all my friends. I'm a very social person but love peace and quiet too. I'm training for the Susan Komen Race for the Cure next year (Sept 2009) to beat my 2007 time and fight breast cancer. Update Fall 2009 - Still training... trying to shave minutes off my 5k time. |
