You might be normal.

You're actually probably very normal. You have a healthy mind and a strong ability to perceive your own needs, as well as the needs of others. You're happy just to be you and you don't have any significant internal problems. So, relax and smile!

anyhow, :

You might be  paranoid. You could have a paranoid personality disorder. This is a mental disorder, which is characterized by paranoia and a deep, lingering suspicion and general distrust in others. Individuals with this personality disorder can be overly sensitive, feel offended quickly and habitually exhibit behaviors including attentively inspecting their surrounding in search for information or evidence that could confirm their fears or tendencies. Paranoid individuals are keen observers. They imagine themselves in danger and look out for signs and threats of this risk, whereas potential evidence against their paranoia is not valid. They tend toward caution and suspicion and have a significantly constrained emotional life. Their reduced capacity for serious emotional involvement and their general pattern of retreating often color their life experiences with a quality of schizoid isolation. People with this special condition might hold grudges or be suspicious, have the tendency to interpret the actions of others as hostile, show a continuing trend of self-reference or have a persistent sense of their personal rights. Patients with this disorder often also have other personality disorders working in conjunction with their paranoia. If you think you might be affected by this condition, try to get professional help. Even if it's just to talk. Always remember, no one is perfect and it's no weakness to ask for help or to get someone to listen.
