Sant, there are plenty of topics here in the forum you can join in on to use English. just add your 2 cents into the threads you want. Or, start new topics that interest you just like you did here to introduce yourself.
You can also use the search function near the top of the page. Enter in your criteria, then search for members meeting your criteria. After you get results send Private Message(s) (PM's) to the people you think you might get along with.
There are groups to join, polls to answer ( or create if you wish). You can post videos, and probably more that I just can't think of at this minute.
The big key is to be active. If you wait around for someone to contact you, you will probably wait a long time. If you are active about looking, things will get done faster without a doubt
