Hello there..i have been having this problem for a while now...i cant seem to be able to read my messages and write them back...nor am i able to upload pictures....any help will be appreciated...thanks..

exactly what happens when you click on "Messages" then "View All"? what kind of device / computer are you using? The new messages are all the way down at the bottom of the screen. You need to scroll down to see them.
if you go to someone's profile, what happens when you click the "Send private message" button on their profile? does it bring up a new message to that person? ( just click the back button if it does, unless you really want to send them a message).
As far as the pictures go, they must be smaller than 2Megabytes, 1500x1500 pixels, and .jpg , .bmp , gif , or .png type.
Does it give you an error message when you try to access your mail or upload a pic?

Thanks billy..am using my smartphone..whenever i go to someone's profile n try to send message it does not open up..it gives me an error message..before i was able to write messages but now i cant..

what does the error message say? a 403, 404, 500? or something else all together?
what about the pictures? are they within the limits above? what is the error message you see when trying to upload them?

yes, Billy is right, we need more details, what is exactly the error message? because "doesn't open up" is very generic. But generally, when something works for one person and doesn't work for another it's always that particular computer or smartphone related. Something in the settings. Because if it was on the site's end, nobody would be able to send messages.
For one thing I know: this site is barely usable with Opera-Mini. It has a lot of Ajax elements, and Opera-Mini doesn't work well with Ajax. So, if you use Opera-Mini, try another browser.

Thanks Marisa..yes i use opera-mini.. will try and use another browser and see how it goes..
