I seem to be losing points because of actions I have not taken, such as sharing hearts, commenting on a photo, etc. Any advice?

You cannot lose points for the actions you haven't taken. I looked at your credits record and NO points were taken from you for sharing hearts or photo comments.
You are probably looking at the wrong thing. Maybe you are looking at the Cost of actions, which is just a generic "price list". You should look at "History" - this is your actual credit count.
