Bumping this thread!...
Latest sci-fi on TV, the revival of "V" with a complete new cast and more sexy women! Hahaha
The first season of "Grimm" is coming to an end here in Singapore. Hopefully, it will last at least 3 seasons before they run out of fairytale characters to portray. But would have to admit, so far, this series have gotten my attention

| Merlin - tv series |
The last episode of season 5 "Merlin" was aired last Sunday here in Singapore. With that, the UK producers and makers decided that was the end of this remarkable, unexpected thrilling TV series.
This series unexpectedly caught my attention and following. Using a cast of unknowns but a beautiful and funny storyline, it continued to gain my enthusiasm with each passing episode. It has some beautiful sci-fi effects e.g. the changing of the eye pupils when a magic chant is made, of course the other would be the fire-breathing flying dragons and the mysthical creatures.
Of course we must not forget to mention how cute and adorable Colin Morgan is as the unconventional and clumsy young Merlin!
Kudos to the producer, director, cast and all those involved in making this tv series which to me...is a success! You have made me a fan of "Merlin"!

I'm fan of "Doctor Who", but while waiting for new episodes, I watch "The Americans" but is not sci-fi show.

It's probably a bit dated now but at the time Gerry Anderson's first live action series "UFO" I thought was brilliant. Not sure if it was aired in the US or elsewhere, I think so.
Those girls on moonbase with their figure hugging suits and purple anti-static wigs Mmmmmmm.
I found the premise of the whole series fascinating.
