How do you do it?

I'm with the majority... the foetus position.

I tend to fall asleep in
The Foetus

However, I hardly if ever wake up like that, and I've been told that I roll around the bed all night long. Very rarely do I ever fall out of bed while rolling around, but somehow when I do start falling, for some strange reason I can sense it and with 1 or 2 exceptions have always been able to put a hand out to keep me on the bed.

Chances are good I use all of those positions though the night.

I think, I alternate between them all except for the Log and Yearner.

Free faller in my case, but I move all night, so I think I can sleep in any position if I feel comfortable.

right side is best, left side if feeling sick, never on back, never on front, this isn't just me, this is the best advice for a good nights sleep.

I'm mostly a side sleeper.  Don't move much in my sleep except for the occasional turnover.
