I shall try to give a concise picture of me.
Nothing worst than having to describe yourself. I'll start by quoting others... I have been described as charismatic, intelligent, personable,passionate, reserved and empathetic. I see myself as shy and introvert until I feel like I'm in a comfort zone, then I can be very lively and extrovert!! I'm best on a one to one basis. I'm not your typical alpha male, I'm not ashamed to cry in public and hug my male friends, I have plenty testosterone but it's well controlled, driven by the heart and not the ego. I do not use aftershave only good cologne (Armani classic or Prada Ambre por homme), my occasional drink would be cognac.
Walks in the park and country holidays are typically me. Don't rate holidays abroad although I've had a few.
I love music with an eclectic taste. Mainly prog rock, classical and romantic music
I also enjoy talk radio (LBC) a trusted source of current information, unlike the tv propaganda.
At present I live alone with my big black cat.
and I a few carefully chosen friends.
I'm very young at heart, a child in disguise, yet very old fashioned. I believe in chivalry, manners and politeness.
Born in Glasgow, I have a soft Glaswegian accent and a typically wry sense of humor, I know how to get a laugh.
Left secondary school with 5 O Grade Scottish Certificates and rejected calls for me to attend university in favor of an apprenticeship and a manual skill and attended the university of life instead and passed with honors.
I've been divorced since 2001, separated in 1995.
I've been alone for 6 years and I miss my cuddles, I need a good woman in my life, someone who will value me for personality, I look for sincerity, fidelity and a caring nature. I too have all this and more to offer in return.
I hope this has given a good idea what sort of chap I am. Feel free to ask anything you want, that's if I meet your criteria.
My ideal partner should be, most certainly, ladylike, the true ladies out there will know exactly what I mean. I like sophistication, intelligence, refinement and elegance. I don't like drunk ladies or those who curse. I'm looking for a loving and caring partner to fill a large gap in my life.
