I am an American by birth but now reside in New Zealand by choice. I have dual citizenship. I am a strong willed compassionate person whom likes helping others when I can, usually supporting the less fortunate people in society. I believe everyone deserves a chance to better themselves. I believe in rehabilitation. Success out weighs failure.
I am looking for the right person for me to share the rest of my life with. Someone who believes in honesty and is happy with the face which stares back at him in the mirror. I choose not to be with someone who consumes alcohol and uses non prescription drugs.
I am a true tomboy and petrol head but do stay in tune with my feminine side. I have two grown children and six grandchildren. I live with my 4 legged companions (cats) as I breed Bengals,Orientals, and Serengetis. I do realize I will give this up eventually as it does take a lot of my time.
I am content at the beach for awhile, hiking up to a moutain top, or just tramping around in the bush (forest) experiencing all that nature has to offer. I enjoy riding my motorcycle, snorkeling, swimming, road trips, and exploring the outdoors. I have been a big fan of the American muscle cars all my life with a special love for the Ford Mustang! ie my nickname, Mustang Sallee. I also have a deep passion for Peterbilt trucks and have had the opportunity to have owned three in the past whilst I had my trucking business back in the states. The wolf is my favourite animal with large cats coming in second. I enjoy quiet time at home possibly reading, doing puzzels, or writing when I get inspired or have time. I love drag racing but have been out of it awhile as it is very small scale here in NZ. I love jet skis and would be tickled if I could eventually be able to get one. I have a love for the older people in society and marvel at their knowledge and experiences.
I have four separate university degrees all from New Zealand in the area of rehabilitation and Gerontology. I am not currently working in my field due to a big loop hole in our health care system with regard to registration for health professionals who do not have titles which fit into one of the 15 registration categories.
I am a strong willed and a flexible person depending on specific circumstances. I am a very sensual, sensitive, and caring person, one that is happy with life. I love the simple life and gain strength and peace from nature and my surroundings.
