I'm a loyal,caring,giving person with a zest for life and it's living and wish to share it with someone who,like me, appreciates that most things should be shared. I'm a good listener and people often come to me for advice. I'm open,honest and tactful. Kindness and integrity are important to me. A sense of humor and playfulness are a must to make the every day more fun. I'm a social being who enjoys being out among people but also enjoy time to myself for reflection and regrouping.
My friends tell me I'm intelligent, witty and that I really must write a book one day. Friends are great aren't they?
I've been around long enough to know the things in life that truly matter and I try not to worry about those things that don't. I'm one of those highly sensitive people who is aware of a lot of the subtleties of what goes on around me. It can be a blessing and a curse but regardless, it's who I am.
I miss the companionship of having a partner and the joys of building a common past together that enhances intimacy between two people on the same wavelength. I have many interests that I'd love to share with someone and it would be great to be introduced to someone else's as well. I love music, movies, videos at home, cultural events, concerts, plays, symphonies, ballet, art galleries, museums, 2nd hand bookstores, hiking, kayaking, would love to snowshoe, camping, traveling, cooking with a partner or cleaning up after, dancing, walking, bike riding and anything else that will get us outside. I'd like to take a photography course as I love to take photos and would love to take off to parts unknown and record it with a camera for posterity & memories to enjoy later.
